One of four men suspected of the dramatic kidnapping of Chinese student Lu Wanzhen in the Toronto area last month has turned himself in, York Regional Police said on Tuesday.
The suspect, Abdullahi Adan, 37, surrendered to police overnight after York Regional Police issued a Canada-wide warrant for his arrest on Monday.
